This dual CD collection, is truly a masterpiece by one of Reggae Music's legendary artists.  Jimmy Cliff spans Ska, Rock Steady and Reggae with lyrics and music covering political, cultural and spiritual struggles of his Jamaican homeland.  And this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Jimmy Cliff's unique, clear and crisp style comes shining through, on each and every track of this MUST HAVE essential CD.  Jimmy is a star to contend with even after 30 plus years of entertaining audiences worldwide.

Hats off to Hip-O Records for this 42-track essential, best of, ultimate and greatest hits of these timeless classics.  The production and labeling are excellent to say the least.  I kind of expected Jimmy's earlier tracks to have that Ska-era hissing and popping.  But they don't get much better than this set. The remastering is supurb...gotta love it!
